Woolworths Group Board update

Woolworths Group has announced that Terry Bowen will join the Woolworths Group Board as a non-executive director effective 1 October 2026.

Terry Bowen has over 30 years of strategic, financial and operational experience across a range of sectors within some of Australia’s leading companies. Throughout his career, he has gained deep expertise in capital allocation, business transformation, risk management and supply chain, having held various senior executive leadership roles, including Finance Director of Wesfarmers, Managing Director of Wesfarmers Industrial and Safety, Finance Director of Coles and Chief Financial Officer of Jetstar.

Mr Bowen is a former non-executive director of BHP Group, Transurban Group, Coles Group, West Australian Opera, West Coast Eagles, Gresham Partners and the Western Australian Institute of Medical Research.

He is currently President of Rokt, a global eCommerce technology company headquartered in New York, a role he has held since July 2025 and which concludes on 31 August 2026, when he will transition to be an advisor to the Rokt Board.

Mr Bowen’s appointment as a non-executive director of Northern Star Resources Ltd was recently announced, effective 1 September 2026, and he continues as a Senior Advisor to BGH Capital in Melbourne, having previously been a Partner and Chair of its Operations Group.

Woolworths Group Chair Scott Perkins said: “We are delighted to welcome Terry to the Board. Terry is expected to make a significant contribution to the Board, supplementing and enhancing the current skills and experience of the other Directors, as we continue to execute our strategy and create value for our shareholders.”

Mr Bowen will stand for election at the 2026 AGM.
