Yumi’s has launched a range of fritters, bringing “speedy cafe-style breakfasts to the home”.
Microwaveable in half a minute or pan-fried in 90 seconds, the new range is available in the varieties of Thai Spiced and Sweetcorn.
The Thai Spiced fritters feature a “delicious” combination of pumpkin, sweet potato, chickpea, capsicum, lemongrass, ginger and turmeric, while the Sweetcorn fritters feature an “equally delicious” combination of carrot, sweetcorn, chickpeas, red capsicum, chives and coriander.
“Mid-week breakfasts are often a time challenge for even the most organised households. Our new breakfast fritters can go from pack to plate quicker than cereal, which makes them a great choice for nutrition-conscious families,” says Yumi’s Head of Product Innovation Susan Booker.
“Breakfasts are such an important meal and mid-week who has time to order a hot meal in a cafe? We’re bringing a weekend treat to the mid-week breakfast table and we’re sure the whole family will love it.”
Yumi’s fritter range is now available in Coles stores nationwide, with a RRP of $6.50.
