Coles brand General Manager Michael Lovsin and Ritchies CEO Fred Harrison will present at Fine Food Australia in Melbourne next week.
Mr Michael Lovsin, will be talking about the Coles brand competitiveness plan and sourcing opportunities and Mr Harrison will cover the strategy around supporting the food sector via implementing and establishing an approach to support Australian food innovation.
The talks are part of Fine Food Australia’s Business Information Sessions. Hosted by Food Innovation Australia Ltd (FIAL), Austrade and the Victorian state Government, these presentations cover all aspects of domestic and international market preparation, along with cutting-edge innovation strategies.
