The liquor retailer claims its service, which promises to have orders ready in just 30 minutes, is Australia’s fastest retail click and collect offer.
Liquorland has also introduced a range of low-cost, flat-rate delivery options, including same day, next day, Saturday and evening delivery, to provide more choice for customers who would like their favourite products delivered to their home or office.
Coles Liquor Director Greg Davis said the click and collect service has been introduced in response to customer demand, and offers even greater convenience and value to Liquorland shoppers.
“The online liquor market is growing rapidly, and more customers are turning to click and collect services as a convenient way to purchase food and liquor, so enhancing our online offer is an important part of our strategy,” he said.
“Liquorland is all about offering great value and convenience to our customers and the launch of click and collect really brings this to life. With this free service, customers can purchase their favourite products at the same great value prices as in-store and we’ll make sure their order is ready in-store within 30 minutes during business hours.
“We think customers on the run will love the convenience of being able to browse online and then pick up their order at a time that suits them, whether it’s on the way home from work or on the way to visit friends for a barbecue.”
Liquorland’s click and collect service launched in 680 Liquorland stores nationally this week.
