Mars Food & Nutrition Australia has appointed Glen Sullivan as its new Sales Director.

Mr Sullivan brings more than 20 years’ sales and commercial experience to the role, having led customer and channel portfolios across Woolworths, Coles and Independents at Mars Food & Nutrition Australia and Campbell Arnott’s.

Most recently, he led Mars Food & Nutrition Australia’s foodservice channel, where he delivered “impressive” sales growth and new customer recruitment.

Mars Food & Nutrition Australia General Manager Bill Heague says Mr Sullivan’s appointment reflects the importance of strong customer leadership in a dynamic and evolving market.

“Glen brings deep commercial experience, excellent customer understanding and a proven ability to build high-performing teams,” he says.

“He understands how customer strategy, category insight and channel execution work together to unlock opportunity, which is a real asset as we continue to build a stronger business with our customers.”

Mr Sullivan says he’s excited to step into the role after more than nine years with the business.

Mr Sullivan will lead a team of 40, driving strategy for a portfolio of brands locally manufactured at Mars Food & Nutrition Australia’s facility in Wyong, NSW. He will also join the Mars Food & Nutrition Australia leadership team.
