Mingle shaking up the spice aisle

Homegrown success story Mingle has released three new spice seasonings at Woolworths supermarkets nationally.

For two years, founder Jordyn Evans delivered her products to 20 Woolworths stores in her van on the weekends. Five years later, she’s worked her way up to 1000 stores, using her passion and determination to challenge big multinational companies with healthy preservative, filler- and additive-free seasonings.

Ms Evans started Mingle with one mission, to create seasonings without a whole range of ingredients that weren’t necessary for the sake of flavour – lower in sodium, no added sugar, flour or preservatives.

What began as a humble small business affair in her home kitchen seven years ago with only a $40,000 investment has now expanded into a well-loved Aussie brand. Mingle has garnered huge interest online, especially for the deliciously versatile Everything Bagel Seasoning – an Australian take on the classic American seasoning.

“It’s been a pretty special journey these last fiv years with Woolworths as they have continued to back Mingle’s mission and we have continued to grow with them. This is a dream come true and the Mingle team and I are going to continue to work incredibly hard to continue to shake things up in the spice aisle and provide Australians with great tasting options that are better for everyone,” says Ms Evans.

Mingle’s three new flavour additions are available at Woolworths stores across the country, in Pizza Spice Seasoning, Everything Bagel Spice Seasoning, and Mexican Fiesta Taco Spice Seasoning.
