While deodorant formats and consumer preferences continue evolving, some entrenched shopping habits remain unchanged. According to YouGov Australia’s No Pong Deodorant Study (Dec 2025), approximately 9.6% of Australians, equating to almost two million adults, aren’t using deodorant at all.
“Interesting! And why is that? Is it changing attitudes towards ingredients, performance, formats or something else entirely? What we do know, however, is that for those purchasing deodorant, more than 80% of sales are still occurring through supermarkets,” according to the brand.
Within this evolution, No Pong has emerged as the “number one” selling natural deodorant brand in major supermarkets across Australia. The Australian-made and all-natural brand is recognised as
one of the early pioneers” in the natural deodorant category and holds “the highest consumer preference of any natural deodorant in Australia”.
No Pong coined the term “bicarb-free”, now widely adopted across the category.
No Pong features a creamy, non-gritty formula clinically proven to reduce body odour for up to 24 hours.
“Rather than attempting to block perspiration, anti-odourants work with the body by targeting odour-causing bacteria while still allowing the body to sweat naturally,” said the brand.
“More than nine million tins have been sold since launch, with the plastic-free brand also donating more than $170,000 to charities and community initiatives, many chosen directly by No Pong customers.”
The range spans nostalgic citrus, woodsy, floral and fragrance-free scent profiles including Luscious Lime, Beach Shackin’, Midnight Jazz, Flower Power, Enchanted Forest and Original, with the compact non-aerosol tins becoming particularly popular for travel and everyday carry.
All Natural Deodorant multi-award winning anti-odourant is available with RRP from $10.95 for 35g and $14.95 for 85g.
