Shop! ANZ is inviting shopper and retail marketing professionals from all retail related disciplines to participate in the 2020 State of Retail Marketing Survey.
It is the first ANZ Shopper and Retail Marketing Industry Survey in 3 years.
Norrelle Goldring, Senior Director at House of Brand founded the industry benchmarking research in 2010 and has continued to conduct the important study every 3 years since.
“We invite retailers, brands, manufacturers, and retail-related agencies of all types to provide their views by April 3, so we can collectively understand how much progress the industry has made in the past 3 years and gauge how we can expect retail marketing to change,” says Shop! ANZ General Manager, Carla Bridge.

Survey participants will receive a free copy of the resulting research report, valued at $295. A summary of findings will be presented at the Shop! ANZ Professional Development Series events in Sydney on 7 May and Melbourne on 13 May.

- Shopper marketing activations types, touchpoints, and measurement.
- Digital, mobile and social shopper and retail marketing practice.
- Trends, Challenges & the Future.
