Truff, best known for its hot sauces that combine black truffles and red chilli peppers, has taken a brief hiatus from heat with its latest launch: Black Truffle Oil.
Bringing Truff’s “unifying ingredient front and centre”, the condiment is a “delicate blend” of the brand’s signature black winter truffle with a “full-bodied and decadent” olive oil.
“Go-to pantry items don’t have to be boring,” says Truff Australia and New Zealand Co-Director Steve Pirone.
“We’re committed to continuously innovating and adding a sense of luxury to all of our customers’ kitchens – mostly with a kick, of course.
“Black Truffle Oil is the newest in our line-up of best-selling products, with the same distinct premium quality.”
The brand suggests adding a few drops to your favourite pizza, go-to pasta, or roasted veggies to “instantly add depth and dimension to any mundane meal”.
Truff Black Truffle Oil retails for $39.95 per 177ml bottle.
