Twisties’ newest limited-edition flavour ‘Twisties Hot Chilli Honey’ in partnership with Capilano Honey, will land exclusively at independent grocers nationwide from 29 June, before rolling out to other retailers nationally from August.
Combining Twisties’ signature crunch with the ultimate sweet-and-spicy combo inspired by Capilano’s Hot Chilli Honey, Twisties Hot Chilli Honey is said to deliver a flavour guaranteed to spark serious snack debate and get pulses racing.
The “swicy” craze has evolved from a passing trend drenching our TikTok feeds to now 37% of Aussies declaring they live for hot and spicy flavours, while 28% are officially obsessed with the sweet-and-spicy combination (Twisties study conducted by Pureprofile).
“Following the fan-favourite success of Twisties Spicy Ramen, it was clear Australians weren’t ready to dial down the heat. And what better way to answer the call than by partnering with Australia’s iconic honey brand, Capilano, to create Twisties Hot Chilli Honey,” said Twisties Marketing Manager, Michelle Sonnleitner.
“Australians are embracing sweet-and-spicy flavours like never before, and Capilano Hot Chilli Honey has been a big part of that trend,” said Capilano Senior Brand Manager Skye Giles. “We’re thrilled to partner with Twisties to bring this flavour combination to an iconic Australian snack.”
